Your first best bet it to take those Tein S. Tech springs, throw them in the trash can, and put the stock springs back on. Assuming you haven't blown out the struts, that'll improve your handling a good bit.
Then learn to drive your car with the stock suspension. Learn exactly what you want to improve. This doesn't mean, "I want to go around the turn faster." You should be able to have specific things you want to fix, i.e. "the car is tight through the middle of the turn," or, "I need to reduce body roll in transition." If you can't outdrive the stock suspension, putting coilovers on won't make you faster. Know why you have to fix stuff and what you need to do to get it fixed. Then read for another six months all the various coilover threads that get posted around here. At the end of that time, you'll probably figure out what you need. (Here's a hint: it won't be from Tein).
Holy ****... only 250 posts and I'm already turning into Warrtalon.

you didn't search did you?
TEIN seems to be the least favored and least talked about coilvers on this forum. Also, as mentioned above, your first mistake was buying S Tech springs.
Lastly, your sig is obnoxious.

I have the Flex's and love them! Sure there are better coilovers out there but it depends how much you want to spend. If you bought Flex's new I would say they are too expensive and you can find something that will match them for a cheaper price. I bought mine used with 1500 miles on them for $750 so I can't go wrong. One thing is for certain, they are better than Megan! I refuse to put those on my car, if you want a good coilover for cheap I would go with Stance.

I'm running the SS coilovers and I love em! I pretty much just drive mine daily and once in awhile at the track. If you set the dampening in the middle of the coilovers range its like riding on stock suspension and then you can stiffen them up when you go to the track etc. . . to eliminate some body roll and what not.
The Flex's are deff. a nice set-up if you can afford them, although if your buying brand new the flex's aren't much more than the ss's I believe?!?! maybe 3-4 hunderd diff. I have a friend with a set of flex's and the are nice because they have pre-load adjustability as well as height adjustability, and of course dampening adjustability.
I got my SS's for a deal that was to good to pass up but if I were to pay retail I probably would have spent a little more and gone with the Flex's. just my 2cents! hope this helps
