i went with the DS2500's and breaking is much improved. they will have you smiling after the bed in process. they do make some noise when cold under light pedal presure.

i had the hps.... now have the ferodo..

The ferodos feel a little better, take a longer to get overheating and make no sound...

I'd buy them again, the hawks work well, are cheap but are loud as ****. Not for me..

I have Hawk HPS pads. They used to be noisy after heating up when new, however they are very quiet now. Less dust and more grip than OEM.

The ferodo pads are the ISH! Those pads, SS lines and a brake brace will GREATLY increase your stopping power....

Also, these pads are very hard to get to fade...

Never had that problem with hard canyon runs, but he probably got to higher temps.

FWIW, I've had the wheels dirty for weeks (yea yea its winter give me a break) and been abe to clean the wheels nicely afterwards

Ferodo's DS2500 . Hawk HPS heavily endorsed by tirerack but not necesarily the best for an Evo.
