Typically, there will be fluid everywhere when you look at the strut. Another great way to tell is when you go over bumps you get clunking from the corner that is dead. And if that doesn't sound fun enough - its like riding a waterbed when on the freeway
Never have I been so sea-sick in my own car than when I had a front strut out.

Anytime!
I cannot speak highly enough about the Swift springs.
Being in your shoes before, if you have higher mileage on the KYB struts - they might not like going to a new spring (i.e. will die). Check out the thread I did on the Bilstein HDs and Swifts.

I have been running Hotchkiss springs for about 5 months now and I happy with the purchase. The ride seems to be slightly stiffer than stock, body roll is reduced as well. It lowered the car 1.5f", .8" rear. This is how they look with stock wheels; no more 4x4 front wheel-gap.

more info on crucial springs. I was initially going to go with swift spec r springs on stock gsr shocks, but due to the US dollar sucking, they now cost more...$459 installed. Not worth it. Crucial springs can be had for $299 installed. Springs rates slightly higher than swifts, but it drops 1.4"/1.4" rather than 1.4"/.8" on the swifts.
Anyone have feedback on these springs? Need Roll Center Kit I presume.
I track 3-4 times a year.

Bilstein HDs back in stock hopefully late next week after a 2-3 month long backorder. Haven't been any in the USA in a while.
I've got a list going now. Call or PM if you're interested.
