If you REALLY searched, you should have found countless threads about Swift Springs being the most popular springs to use. Swift, GTWorx, RobiSpec and Works are four brands that stick out. Avoid Tein.

well if you car dosent feel the same its pob not the springs, most likely the shocks are gone. and some lousey lowering springs will not fix this and most likely make it ride worse.
try some inexpensive coilovers like STANCE,

what about ESPILER ACTIVE GT springs? thast what i run, and it doesnt SLAM your car like a ricer, and it improves handling quite a bit and doesn't ruin the ride that much~

I was going to suggest the same. The struts and shocks are more likely to wear before the springs.

If you don't track the car, coil-overs are expensive overkill for the street. Evo's are already amazing cars. Don't waste money on coil-overs if you're just going to be doing an occasional spirited run on the street. In my opinion, it's not worth it. If you do, however, take the car to the track often, by all means go for it. I still think it's best to learn how to outdrive the car before you get to the point where the car is beyond your limits. But, that's just me, I guess.

Check the struts and shocks for being blown. If they're blown, MR Bilsteins and Swift springs are a great combo for the street. If they're not, You can just throw on some Swifts, OR just go for the Bilsteins anyway.

Swifts will lower the car 1.4F, 0.8R
