Brakes Dragging?

Seems like my brakes are dragging a tad, after they warm up. If I have been on the brakes at all hard, they seems like they grip a little. Not noticable driving but if I pull up to a stop on a very slight incline the car won't roll backwards (whereas cold it may begin to slowly roll). Fuel economy seems to be ok (getting ~20mpg doing 70 city/30 freeway) and the rotors aren't getting scored, nor are the brake pads flying away. Is this normal, or something to look into?

Also, it seems like the pedal starts to lose it's free play - it's like it wants to start braking at the very top of the stroke.

Stock brakes? Can you hear anything when applying the brakes? Scraping or dragging or anything?

I can hear one of the rear brakes squeak a little bit under light pressure (when applying brakes) but it's not overly loud, pretty much all of the vehicles I have had have had something like this (not loud at all, can hear it with windows open when pulling to a stop, but only a little bit).

Brakes are stock...the PO had the rotors and pads replaced about 6 months ago.

This is easy to check and you don't need to incurr a shop bill to do it. Drive down a secondary road where you can pull off on the shoulder. Drive along for a couple miles without using the brakes. Now coast to a stop again without using the brakes. If a brake is dragging it will be hot so feel for a hot wheel. Careful....it could be very hot.
