Re-Invented Wheel Purpose

Vivid Racing's intensive R&D division was testing out their new Advan RG wheels for their EVO VIII. 18x8.5 31mm offset wheels weigh in at an amazing 15lbs about. These are sick! Pictures coming soon on the car!

Finally figured a way to make the cookies flat. Action shots below...

The fun never stops!

Super Funny...Well $500 a wheel plus air freight from Japan of $500...All the *** taking for a $6 first place trophy this weekend. Long live the import lifestyle.

No no...$2500 total. That is about the same as you would pay retail for Volks. Advans are way more JDM...

Come on just a little fun, not so serious...

I think I'd be *sick* after those got hit by a few rocks around town. Then after mounting about 5 or 6 sets of race rubber, I'm sure the rims start to look oh so wonderfully chewed.

All for a possibility of a $6 trophy.... How does it feel when a stock $10k Neon with race rubber runs quicker? Ahhh that's why he's barfing over the wheel...

Wow that is a enjoyable comment...

Those are strictly show wheels.

As far as the neon....at the track, real people road race it would get beat...at the drag...it would get beat...it is all about the driver...and if you would like to challenge that...I will put money down as we have tons of road events here....

Lets not forget all wheel drive and 325 WHEEL horsepower.

I didn't get it at first, but I think now I do. Ultra lightweight wheels to help push it around the carpet?

If you're ever in the D/FW area, we run TMS about every other weekend and down at Motorsport Ranch in between.

Last weekend in the monsoon rain (seriously - 30 ft visibility!) , once it let up to a normal downpour, we continued to run and just slowed down and practiced high speed 4 wheel drifts for fun.

Good to hear an Evo is ( will be?) getting the track time it deserves.

who says you can't have fun at work, this is a prime example of our fine testing facility and our testers hard at work. Here you see our tester checking the the balance to find the right spot for the wheel weights. WHo needs those sophisticated balancing machines at the tire shop, we got this guy. All he needs is a lab coat and a pocket protector full of pens and he'd be all set. LOL

Mister - I will do my best to make it out to DFW for some events even to just support. We have alot of hardcore racing customers there and no your scene is good. Good luck!

Blonde - Damn it, who are you, you know what I did all weekend?

Darth - My swartz is bigger then yours.
