fender liner rubbing issues

ive probably destroyed about 2 sets of front fender liners, anyone have any idea how and want to cut so i dont destroy another set?

my wheels would run the liner when i turn the wheel, and after enough rubs, the thing starts to fall apart.....

Join the club. Yes, raise the car up, and if it really bothers you change tire size and/or wheel size/offset.

mine used to do that too. i have since used a screw on the backside to hold the splash guard as far back as posible. and i removed the undertray and then used 2 zipties on the frontside to hold the front away from the tire
