There is a specific limit a rotor can be cut down to right? I'll take it to a local shop and see what they charge. Thanks for the help!

Front disc brake disc thickness mm (in) 32.0 (1.26) Minimum 29.8 (1.17)

Rear disc brake disc thickness mm (in) 22.0 (0.87) Minimum 20.4 (0.80)

Save yourself the trouble of pulling the brakes apart and try rebedding them first.

I believe rebeedding them without resurfacing the rotors would only get rid of squeal not vibration, but maybe it might work. Hasen't ever for me though.

So every time you get a little uneven pad deposit you pull the rotors and get them cut?
