Robispec or Swift Springs?

I want to know the pros and cons between the two.

I've been searching Swift seems to be more popular, but I want to know some the opinions of others.

thanks.

Coilovers > springs.... Dunno why any research would show that the springs were better. Maybe more popular, but not better. Do yourself a favor and stick to coilovers for suspension.

He means which springs are better.

for springs probably robi specs just cause there coilovers are really good. but if u can, try to just save for the robi spec coilover. you wont be disappointed.

I know what he means, what I mean is: DON'T WASTE MONEY ON SPRINGS.

There, I summed up what I said. Unless you're in a car worth less than 20k, don't buy springs. They're a waste. Save and get some well set-up coilovers.

I see.

thanks guys.

but I am trying to keep the stock feel in my car. My cousin had some coilovers and they ride pretty rough. and springs are pretty minor to me. (I know it's an Evo and all, but I am trying to keep it as a DD and not for a track car.)

But I will be in the market for coilovers, maybe in the future.

and judging by yalls response Robispec seems to be the winner. I'll research more on Robispec.

Not everyone needs or wants coil-overs. Coil-overs to some people may be overkill. An Evo that'll never see the track that has coil-overs, in my opinion, is a waste. Besides, an Evo with a good spring/strut combo that is well set up is still capable of out-handling an evo with coil-overs. Coil-overs don't suddenly make you car better.

Anyway, either way you go, they're both great springs.

I was just doing the research myself, and I ended up with Swifts. The differences between the two are pretty subtle for most novice drivers. From what I could gather without going into a lot of detail... swifts are more suited towards DD with a more spirited feel to the car. the Robispecs are more designed to get the most handling out of the car and sacrafice a little ride comfort. I have heard from most people it's more or less a wash. I chose the swift for two reasons, one I wasn't sure that I would like a progressive rate springs and second I wanted my car lower. Swifts drop the car more than the robispec springs. Hope this helps.

Yea I just reading about Robispec (about the 20% progressive rate springs and about the 1inch on all four corners.)

I want a lower on as the Swifts. (Front (Inch): -1.378
Rear (Inch): -0.787)

but yea I am leaning towards the Swifts because DD.

+1, I went with the Robispec's. They should be on the car this week. You can't go wrong with either set.
