If you feel any pulsing at all while braking then your steering shake is most likely the rotors being warped which will shake the steering wheel.

Is there any easy way to fix warped rotors without replacing them? Cause I think that is the problem with my car.It shakes a little at speeds between 60-70 then goes away again but when breaking even from 30-0 the steering wheel shakes like a son of a b!tch...

If you can feel shaking/vibration through the steering wheel even when not braking, you may have front wheels which are bent or out of round. The shaking will be more noticeable at freeway speeds. I had an E36 M3, and the notoriously soft OEM wheels were easily damaged by pot holes resulting in the annoying vibrations.
