New rims need help

So i've done a lot of research but I'm confused still. Like i know what its saying but im just confused. So I plan on getting Enkei LF-10 18X8 and it only comes in a 40 offset. So i was just wondering should i run a 245-35 or 245-40 and will that cause any rubbing. I'm trying to have a set up where i need no fender shaving or rolling so is a 18X8 with a 40 offset be able to fit without rubbing on those two tires?

Are you sure a +40 will fit the EVO? Clear the Brembos, etc.?

also on the all tire FAQ it says to run a 245 you need a bit more offset to fit like a 17 inch rim. so what should the offset be?
