I guess it has to do with the "truth in advertising" here. It's not reasonable to assume a product will not be delivered for months when you win an EBAY auction. If the EBAY ad stated it would takes months...fair enough, but I know I'd be pissed if I were in the same situation if the seller knew (like EVERYBODY knows apparently) it would take a long time to deliver the product....or at least don't take my money until the day they shipped the product.
