so caster plates should be an easy fix for this?

when they changed my camber it was as simple as turning the camber bolts. it is really DIY but you need the machine to make sure your dialed in to your specification. or if u want max camber turn the bolts so the lobe on the bolt reflects this.

I would walk away from that shop and dispute the charge. They don't know WTF they are doing.
These cars are a joke to align. There's not much you can do really. If you are lowered you should easily be able to get the alignment you want.

Today I went to Euro-Tire in Fairfield, NJ and had my car aligned since I had my GTWorx springs installed this past Sunday.
Here's my sheet. I asked for -1.8° Front & -1.25° Rear with 0° Toe all around.

you didnnt have to do any spindle grinding bs? what even is that??
Meevo....do you know which direction the camber bolt arrows are facing? You can reach your hand around with camera + flash and take a pic.
IMO there are more incompetent alignment shops than there are competent ones.

UPDATE::::
- I went into the shop today, with the papers showing instructions that were attached in this thread - I showed them to manager, as well as a picture of the bolt
- He said that that's not what my bolt looked like, and that my bolts were not eccentric -
- I thought that maybe my new struts had come with new bolts, and that I had just forgotten, and used new bolts
- I APOLOGIZED to him for my mistake, and went home to check
- When I checked, I saw that I did NOT have new bolts, and the bolts on my struts were indeed the stock bolts
- I called them, and said that perhaps when I put the struts in I put the eccentric bolt on the bottom, and asked him if he had looked at the bottom bolt
- The manager then replied that actually, he did not look at either bolts!! He then went on to say that if I wanted, he would align my car back to factory, but he will no longer adjust the vehicle alignment to the specs I had asked.
- I asked him why not, and he said that the car was a headache ever since they started working on it, and basically that they don't want to deal with it anymore.
- I thanked him, hung up, called Tires Plus corporate and logged a formal complaint
I guess I will have to go ahead and pay another shop to do my alignment

Wow....that's really lame. So he said you that your bolts were not eccentric, then admitted to not even looking at them. LAME!

After I logged the complaint with corporate Tires Plus, the shop manager called me back to say I could have my money back - So I'll go to the shop tomorrow and do it. They also said for how "complex" my request was I should be asking a performance shop in chicago or wherever and having them do it
but I actually contacted Good Year, they knew exactly what I was talking about with everything, and when I mentioned that to him he replied that the alignment guy there was really good..
