ABS light - speed sensor codes all 4 wheels

Like the title says -- throwing a code for all four wheel speed sensors thus the ABS light stays on. The fuse is good. Where else should I look?

The car is a 2005 Evo SSL

Thanks

Have the dealer check the codes. There really is not way to turn it off thru the ecu or anything. I think the dealer has a special scan tool they use for it. Hopefully they can help you and fix it under warranty or something.

thanks for the help. I had no idea it was that difficult to solve. We found the codes on our scanner - are you sure only Mitsubishi can solve it?

is the light on when you start the car or does come on after you start driving and braking a little? you may need to replace the wheel speed sensors it sounds like, it could be the abs speed ring but it doesnt seem like it, if the abs speed ring had a chipped tooth then your abs would engage under normal braking for a bit then the abs light would come on and then the abs would stop working and it would brake like normal again, but abs would not work

The ABS light will reset on its own if there is not a problem. That was my experience with my car after I replaced a wheel speed sensor.

I had a problem with an ABS light constantly on and after researching about it, the only way to fix it was replacing the sensor. I might be wrong about the dealer having the only scan tool for it, but if you are there, you can at least find out what exactly is wrong with the ABS.

It could be sensor issues or the ABS module. Those sensors are freaking pricey so hopefully you can have it sorted out. Good luck!
