From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
First, how new are you to the sport? If new, I recommend tracking in stock form (well with proper brakes added) then upgrading other areas.
To answer your question: Bilstein HD struts, Swift Spec R springs, Swift Stabilizer bars. -1.5/-1.4 alignment, V700 tires. (Yes, those are not coilovers).

^ yup....we've got it all on EVO M.
Spring rate is dependent on tire compound and size....and really all of these variables are interlocked in one way or another and aspects of one may suck on another car. And the driver of course makes a difference.
We offer AST, KW, Ohlins, JRZ, Moton, and Bilstein. We try to match users with a suspension that fits their needs and budget and skill level (both in terms of driving and technical set-up)....what works for 1 person is rarely the same as what works for another.

is this a dedicated track car or is it also a daily driver? because if it's the latter, i would strongly suggest not running 10k/12k rates on the streets
and it really depends on your budget...i have swift spec-r springs and i think they're amazing for how little you spend on them. but if you have deep pockets and don't mind splurging, getting a proper suspension tune by someone like robispec would help a lot
need some more info before i can really chip in on this

true,i was interested in knowing if there is common ground as far as spring rates on track setups,i run 10k fr with 12k rear on jics which mueller set up for me with the progress 25mm bar on the rear set on full stiff,-3 and -1 camber zero toe and i get quite loose at corner exit,a freind runs stiff bars all round and less spring like 8kfr 7k r,same alignment numbers but his car is way more stable at high speed but gives up a little corner speed at slower speeds, wot u think

well it doesnt appear to be a tire issue maybe not an issue at all suspension tuning is all about trade offs , a little turn in here for a little loss of stability there , the only thing i will throw out there is slightly more rear camber i use 1.3-1.5 in the rear with 2.8 in the front very nuetral set up with very good turn in.
