great minds think alike. check out your rates compared to theirs: emphasis on long travel, good compliance, and with the right shocks no copression/rebound issues. i got those specs from ralliart hong kong distributor. this is not the stuff listed in the spring rates sticky (those are much harder, i guess uk distributor for tarmac/racing).

and yes, i love the set up.

Difference between Bilstein MR's and Bilstein HD's? Are MR's better?

And what about with Espillar ASD springs. .08 on the down low.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Stiffer to softer:
KYB > HD > MR

The KYBs felt the stiffest valved. HD and MR felt softer. But that also makes them nice on DD.

The constant changing dates on the HD release is what swayed me to go with coilovers instead. I really wanted the GTWorx springs but didnt want to wait a year to get the HD. Damn you Bilstein.

aaaaa the waiting game. AS many of us wait for the bilstein HD's......

Can someone talk me out of running the HD shocks in the back and the MR's up front.

I would be running this setup on swifts, but i'm wondering how much of a difference it will make.
I know it's not ideal, but how sloppy would the car feel vs just running mr's all around. This would be temporary hopefully until the h2's pop up.

I was just looking at TireRack and here is what i found.

Bilstein HD Shock
Manufacturer Part #: F4-BE5-B844-H0
rear fitment

Bilstein Sport Strut
Manufacturer Part #: F4-VE3-B843-H2
Front Fitment

those are the only availability. So pretty much you are getting a pair of sport and a pair of HD altogether if you want 4 of them?

Oh and estimated availability is less than 3. <------ meaning there might not be any in stock?

Those part numbers are for the HD front/rear. We have one complete set in Nevada right now and two extra fronts in Indiana.

Not sure. Don't seeing them on a discontinued list, but their track record reflects a made or order type deal.

Neal, your site seems a bit confusing. It shows 4 line items (2 rears, and 2 fronts)

My assumption is that the rears are interchangeable (not side specific) - which has a part number of F4-BE5-B844-H0..

But for the fronts, does it have the same part number (F4-VE3-B843-H2) or is there a different number for the Front Passenger vs Front Driver Side?
