With the lugnuts removed from the wheel, take your car for a nice drive at 70 mph. The wheel is guaranteed to come off.

If you hit it with something other than your foot, your gonna break ****. Heres how to do it... Step one: put on shoes. Step two: Face your back to the offending wheel, bring leg parallel to ground, and kick that ****er like that bull you tried to milk. Step three: drink beer to celibrate success.
