how long do good tires last? the stock tires on the evo for instance...? if you were to replace them with better performance tires, how long should you expect the new tires to last? any suggestions?

 

i don;t think the stock Advans will last much more than 10K...

when you get into that softer rubber, tire life really goes to ****...

 

On average, most people are getting 10-15K miles from their Advans. There are many longer lasting performance tires around to choose from, however, you will sacrafice some performance for longevity. Tires like the Bridgestone S-03, Pirelli P-Zero Nero, Yokohama ES-100 etc are all tires that perform very well and are more pratical.
