what kind of pads

i cant seem to find info i want. im looking at getting some new brake pads. it will be mainly street but will see some autocross and other heavy driving. so i guess im looking for a good well rounded pad, pice is a big issue, also looking for minimal squeak. if possible better than stock stoping power
should i go ceramic? been looking at ebc red, or green, project MU, endless, hawk where should i go?

Hawk HPS are worse than stock pads. Hawk plus are ok for Autocross but squeal for many people. Axxis ULTs are great pads along with several others.

Read the stickie on brake pads in this section to get more info

Good bite pads that I recommend: Satisfied GranSport GS5 or GS6, Axxis ULT, EBC Green or Red, PF Z...

Hawks street pads are terrible in my book. Like their track pads.

I am currently on EBC Reds. Good pad, low dust, not a peep yet (1 AX on them). I put ULTs on my brothers GTS - major improvement, not a peep yet (1k on them). And there is always the GS5/6 pads - one of my favorites.

Yeah Project MU has some decent DD pads available. Also a good daily/street pad to look into is the RacingBrake ET300 pads. Great info/reviews about those.

Dont throw out the Girodisc either. Similar pricing to the Axxis and works pretty well for your needs.
