Please help ID these shoks

car is evo 8, 2003, don't know which shoks are these, bilstein or kayaba


going to order tanabe gf210 lowering springs, when ordering i have to mention which shoks i have, so please tell me which ones are these

just pick one...they are gonna send the same springs...order from a different vendor/site. i have order many sets of springs and have NEVER been asked what shocks i am running...ghetto.

so there is no difference which shoks i use with this springs? from what i read here on forum there are different springs for kayabas and billsteins, am i wrong? please correct me

the springs you want are going to fit any strut for your evo. only difference in the strut is how long before they blow out...and that also depends on how much drop you are doing..just tell them you have kyb struts, install them and wait for them to blow then upgrade to coilovers!

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
It is a strut.

They are KYBs.

There is a difference in valving between the KYB, Bilstein MR, and Bilstein HD.

Depending on the spring manufacture, there might be some differences in spring rates corresponding to strut type.
