That makes two of us. I think because the rims and Beatrush aluminum underpanel took most of the energy of the impact, which in turned destroyed them, it saved me from having chassis damage. I did manage to destroy some tie rods, lower control arm, and some support bars though.

Actually I'm surprised it's not more... modern cars are designed to "die" so the occupants may "live". Read: crumple zones etc.

Back on topic, NSS, you got any ideas yet? The Enkie line is damn good for the money too. I'd gladly rock some used black RPF1's in an 17x9.5. It's just worked out that I got wheels/tires/lugs for what most wanted for just the Enkie wheels. Don't think my comments were anti-anything. That was definitely NOT the point.
