installing front struts - HELP!!!
Ok, I need to have my KW's rebuilt and need to install the front stock struts. How do I get them in? They are now too long to line up the bolt holes to the hub, and I can't seem to compress it and angle it the right way with a floor jack.
Thanks in advance

Going to try it again. Thanks for reminding me, the evomoto guides are good. In this case they're working with lowering springs and not stock springs so it's a little easier for them.
Well, wish that were the case. I put the coilover back in and that slipped right in. The stock stuff is maybe 1.7" longer and I couldn't get that to fit in. I see you're in Austin. The last couple of times I was there I saw a total of 1 Evo. How do you like being maybe one of 10 Evo owners out there
It's a cool city fo sho.

just jack the car up by the center front tow hook. Than put it on jackstands. There will be no more preload on the swaybar. Remove both coilovers then the strut install will be a cake walk.
