Hello, this post, will talk about installing the front strut support (bar) to a lancer ES, in my case the model 2013 selled in Mexico doesn't have the strut support as original equipment.

I purchased the original mitsubishi strut bar part no. 5220C160, it is made on steel with black paint, and is about 122 USD.

All you need is:
-To take out the three 14mm nuts of each strut.
-Mount the strut support.
-Install again the nut and torque them to 45+/-7N.m; 33+/-5 ft.lb

 

or you could buy one off a wrecked Ralliart. You could also use the EVO X - just do not use the firewall brace.
