Project Kics vs. Ichiba wheel spacers
Hello,
Is there any reason to go with one over the other here? I just got my 30mm front wide fenders, but still want to use the wheels that I have and sit them flush. I have Volk CE28, Work VSTX and the stock BBS.
It seems like these spacers come with their own studs and your stock studs sit inside the spacer. But if the spacer is not taller than the stock studs, then the stock studs will stick out through the wheel. On the Volks this doesn't matter because there are extra holes. The other two sets do not have extra holes, so it is more of a problem.
Does anyone know how far the stock studs stick out from the hub? Will a 25mm spacer be good enough that I don't need to shave down any of my stock studs? Any experience greatly appreciated. I am not really a fan of spacers to be honest, but I do want to be able to use the wheels I have acquired.
Thanks in advance for the advice.

I have the ichiba 5mm spacers on the rear of my 1g talon. They are nice, I just hate replacing the studs with the extended ones. You are 25mm, so your should all be bolt ons anyway. I just picked up a set of 10mm project kics for the evo. I love them! I would say 25mm should be real close to coming out past the stock studs. The 10mm kics spacers cover most of the stud.
