Aftermarket camber plate pillowball mount replacement for Megan coilovers

One of my front pillowball mounts on my Megan coilovers is wornout and clucks are big bumps. Is it possible to install the Cusco or Works pillowball mounts on my Megans?

Pretty sure it is. I would ask one of the manufactures for the sizes of the spacers that go into the bearing. As long as the ID on the bearing matches that on your megan spacers it will work.

I have been having the same problem. I just ordered a new pillowball mount for 70 shipped from megan racing. They did mention they were running low on stock.

I would think that the Cusco pillowball is higher quality than the Megan part. Might be more durable. It is certainly more expensive.

My coilovers are currently off the car, I will take measurements of my Cusco rear mounts and my front Ground Control mounts for you if you want.

Is this the sound you get when you hit a bump and there is like an intense clicking sound from the coilovers? Ive been getting this recently and been trying to figure out why.

Let me know if you find a solution! Thanks.

Megan was extremely helpful. I called and ordered a pair of new pillowball mounts. I should get them soon.

Clicking sound? No you will hear a clunk sound if things are getting play in them. The only other sound coilovers "should" make sometimes is a spring binding sound if the isolator pads are missing or broken. Otherwise they should be pretty much silent. Go make sure your adjustment collars are not loose also.

Are you sure its worn out? Have you tried tightening the nut on top and making sure the collars on the coilover are tight? If yes to both of these questions you can grab a set of Tein Tops.
