Evo 8 centerbore question
Ok I know the Evo has a 67.1 centerbore. I was looking at a picture of a rim and it has:
"73.0HB e35pcgm"
Does that mean 73.0HB is the centerbore and e35 is the offset? If it is with it being 6 off on the centerbore would I be ok with out center ring adapters? A 35 off set is the stock off set anyways so I don't have to worrie about spacers. Right? I just did a search and found the stock evo rim is a 38 offset. I don't know what one it is.(35 or 38 off set) Some people are saying 35 and some are say 38. (pulling hair out of head)
I also want to know what tire size should be run with size rim. I was thinking hence the stock tire size is 235/45/17 if I should just go up to a 245/40 or 45/17. Would the stock size be alright or would it bulge ?
Thank you everyone for your time looking over this.

You are correct on the center bore issue. You'll need hubcetric rings with a 67.1 i.d, and 73 o.d. As for the wheels, you must consider the size of the wheels when looking at offset. What size are the wheels you're looking at?

+35 should work. Tire side depends on what you are doing with the car. My opinion is 245/45 is the smallest you should go with, and ideal for a daily driven Evo. 255/40 is something I'd go with since I dd/autox.
