Squeal on Full Lock

when putting the steering wheel on full lock to the right, I get a squealing sound from the front driver's side wheel well. What could this be?

It appears to have subsided slightly. It now only does it at low speed when only slightly turning the the right. I'm beginning to think that it's the brake pad unbedding or there is a pebble stuck in the material. Then again, when I bounce the suspension by pushing down on the fender, I hear the squeak too so maybe it is the suspension? Sprayed some WD-40 wildly in there and that didn't seem to help, haha.

Really? That's weird. Isn't that on the passenger side?
