For others curious about your initial question in this post, the Rota G-Force in 17" is currently only offered in 17x8 +48 fitments (Intended for the Subaru WRX/STi and Mazda3). This model will not work on the Evo 8/9 due to the high offset.
I highly recommend the Rota DPT in 17x9 +35 fitment which is a model we released specifically for the Evo 8/9. The Rota DPT has a similar appearance to the G-Force and is available in a variety of colors. This model clears Evo calipers without spacers and is also very light at only 19 lbs per wheel
