Help please, spacer size needed

Hey guys, i picked a set of rota mc's, i know i know, they're rota's but hey, they look nice!! but they don't clear my front brakes, i was wondering if anyone else has ran a similar set up 18x8 +35 offset and wat size spacer was used to clear the front brakes.

Thanks, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

go to the hardware store, grab some 1/2" washers and stack them on a couple studs until it clears. measure the stack and go from there.

*disclaimer* do not drive with the washers between the wheel and hub! you may also need longer studs with spacers. you need at least 1/2" of thread engagement.

^his idea is pretty good. don't drive with the washers one though! haha

i don't think you'll need very big spacers though....extended bolts will probably be needed.

it sucks that evo can't take agressive offset, I have a 240sx and they can take +15 or even 0 offset for concave wheel.

You don't need 0 offset for concave wheels or deepdish.....
and I have run +15 and +20 offsets for almost a year now.

18X9.5 +28 wheels with 245/35/18's

If anyone is running this setup, how is it and does anyone have pics? Will I need spacers or any fender mods? I have a set of Volk CE28N's in this size and just got a set of 245/35/18 Toyo Proxy T1R's and am curious before I go tearing the car apart.

Also while Im at it, Im getting extended lugs and stugs. Whats the thread pitch? 12X1.25 or 12X1.5? Any recommended length of ARP stud to get or is there only one option?

spacers won't be needed on a Evo 8/9 for that set up and you can probably fit those tires without rubbing as well most likely
