I had to do some Minor old school rolling (with a bat) on my rear fenders to fit my 17x9 +25 offset rota grids with a 255/40 tire. Different with what style rim and tire you go with though.

I've done a lot of research into this...

You want +20 offset in the front. The rear doesn't matter, but if you go with a bigger offset then you would reduce the chance of hitting the quarterpanels.

You cannot use the stock lug nuts, and extended wheel studs are highly reccommended, especially if you go with a bigger offset and use spacers. I picked up some +38 18x9.5's with 255/35/18's from a Subaru site and plan to run 15mm spacers in the front and 10 in the rear so it looks better. There are companies that will make custom spacers.

Oh and if you don't use a spacer, you'll need hubcentric rings since the centerbore is bigger than the stock rim.

Ideally you want the same offset all around as it allows you the ability to rotate Front to Back. You can generally go with a larger offset up front and it has its benefits such as reducing understeer.

You will need to use an acorn style lug on most aftermarket wheels, including the work cr kai. The extended studs are only needed if you use a larger then 3mm spacer, as you will otherwise have enough threads to properly secure the wheel.

Motorsport--tech.com custom makes hubcentric spacers...good place to look.

Not all spacers are hub centric, so know what you are buying. Also, with acorn style lugs, part of their purpose is helping to center the wheel on the hub and there are a lot of people that run non hubcentric rings with no problems at all.

Yes, forgot to mention. The work has a 60 degree taper on the stud holes.

This is actually the place I'm ordering mine from, glad to hear they're reputable!

True, I just figure if I'm having them custom made, I mind as well have them made hubcentric to the hub and centerbore of the wheel. The emotion is advertised with a 73.3mm centerbore, which reduces slightly at the outside end of the hole. Do you know what size I should have the spacer made so it fits through the wheel? I don't have access to a bore mic to measure mine.

Thanks
