shake down the front end and make sure you dont have any kind of play in your suspension.

It's going to be a process of elimination, just start at the easiest/ cheapest things first and work from there. You will figure it out...

Well I'm @ the tire shop as we speak I'm hoping it's in my favor and that I was just given a bad tire that way I don't have to pay but hopefully we will see thanks for all the advice

Ok so tires are fine...so my new question is will a re-bedding of the pads undo the lack of bedding them in the beginning or do I need to have the rotors turned?

idea, try re-bedding first and use the Essex video for reference.

I'll try re bedding but the vibration isn't in the pedal it mostly always in the steering wheel...also call me dumb but in the rush when I was doin the pads and rotors I think on one side I put the pads with the metal tabs both on one side (tabs that squeal when pads are low) and the two with out the tabs on the passenger side would that cause anything abnormal?

tabs do nothing, don't worry about those. follow that video and you'll be fine.
