A little off topic, but can you use Smike's method for bedding brakes on any brakes? I recently got EBC reds and their bedding process that was included with them sounds pretty strange. Instead of the normal X stops from higher to low speed they said to drive around being light on the pedal for 100 miles (street) and then another 100 miles being a bit more aggressive with the brakes. Sounds odd to me/

Yep I use that method on all the pads I have.

EBC really just wants you to wear off the coating on that pad before full bedding. On the EBCs I have, I run for 20-50 street miles then bed.
