i dont see how, i have 255/40R17's on 17x9 +30's and just slightly touch in the rear with -1.2* camber. a 9.5 +22 sticks out an additional 14mm. maybe its how i drive.

^^ why would you ever want to run -1 F and -1.5 R ?

i think what chu mean was a stock body evo 8/9 unmolested or modified in any way. pulling quarters, relocating bumper bolts, and shaving fenders is not at all stock and not as easy as a simple roll.

it all depends on what your going for....performance/wide tire (to a certain extent) then mid to high 30s offset. super sick hella jdm tyte wide wheels for looks, go 0 offset and adjust the car to fit the wheels. anythings possible with the will and deep enough pockets.

im going 18x9.5 +35's with 275/35R18 r888's and im 99% sure ill just need a slight roll in the rear. i would feel like a putz having to roll with 245's because i went with a +15.

Rear bumper tabs will have to be removed or heated and bent , best removed so you don't risk cutting your tires, If you're lowered too much that is.

I strongly disagree.

My rears are rolled and I have -2* as well, 255/35/18s rubbed bad with a 18x9.5 +20.

The only thing I didn't do was relocate the bumper bolt.

It's definitely doable with stretch and a good roll.

I run the exact spec street wheel. Rota P45R. Anyways, it depends on what size tire is in your plan. My tire is a 275/40 which required a rear fender roll & porta-pwr as well as a bumper bolt relocate.

BTW, No need to slam your car. Run the proper rake & make sure there is no rub what-so-ever in the full stroke of the suspension. (Any form of rub is not acceptable=)
