Best D.O.T. approved tire/drag radial for 15's

Curious if you guys can give me some insight into what drag radials or other approved d.o.t. tires have worked best for you. I have full wilwood's on the car and am going to be running 15's for the track in which all the class rules around here mandate a d.o.t. tire or drag radial for the specific classes i plan to run in. This will be for a 600+hp evo if that makes a difference. Thanks for the help!!

Options i have looked at so far:
-Hoosier QTP
-M/T ET Street
-trying to find an offering from m&h that'd fit the bill but doesn't appear there is an offering

Who are you? You have a badass collection of vehicles.

You could do a Nitto DR I think the NT555R

the nitto 555r drag radials are nothing special. a nt01 would be just as good. the qtp's or et streets would be dramatically better.

I have a set of p235 mounted on trac lites. Then I got greedy and got some G60 they rubbed at high speeds in the inner fender, these were mounted on volks 7 inch rim. i wondered if I had 15x8 if it would prevent the tire from growing a little less, I see plenty of people running 26 inch tires and they say they dont rub. I dont think they make the p235 any more it might only be 235 but theres plenty there. the G60 are massive i got a pic in the show in shine wicked white thread. Il make you a hella deal on the the g60 if you want to make them work. if you find p235 let me no.
