What offset will suit my evo4

Currently I have evo8 (enkei) wheels that are a bit too wide, or offset is too big.

I know evo4 original offset is ET45 on R16 but I don't know whether J7? or j7.5?

if I could find wheels and make wheels inside by 10mm I will be happy.

Could you please advice what offset I am looking for and on how wide wheels should be?

Or at least please help:
what size are evo8 enkeis?
what offset?
what size are original evo4 OZs? I know offset is ET45

Thank you!

Evo7-9 wheels are 17x8 +38
Evo4 wheels are 16x6.5 +46

When I had an evo4 I ran evo5 wheels which are 17x7.5 +38 and they were a very nice fit, just within the guards, so if you wanted some wheels that sat inside the gaurd anything around the +45 to +40 offset in a 7" or 7.5" wide wheel will work.
