Do repeated brakings from gradually increasing speeds down to about 10-20mph to get the brakes up to operating temp. Then do a series of 5+ brakings from 70+mph down to 10-20. Don't brake hard enough to engage ABS. you want to use roughly 3/4 of your max braking force. Then drive around on the highway for 10 mins or so to let them cool down. Don't come to a complete stop in between the hard stops and the cooling off period. If you don't smell your brakes after the 5 hard stops, you may need to do a few more.

I really don't want to have to but new rotors because it would be like I never did the mod in the first place. Anyone have any ideas? The shaking is bad enough now that it actually scares me to drive it. I still haven't done any panic stopping so I guess I can try that later today. Also one of the guys I talked to said I should have a year warranty on my rotors. Is this true?
The people you talked to don't know what they're talking about. Smike mentioned he turns his slotted rotors. I turned slotted rotors in high school about a week after I learned how to use a brake lathe. Sure, if you're taking 1/8" off the rotor I could see the tip breaking...

As a matter of fact, here's a YouTube video and the uploader even says in the comments that you just have to cut small amounts at a time.
