Will it rub? P45r's

I'm looking into a set of Rota P45R's, 18X9.5 +20. Not sure on the tire size...probably 245s, not positive. I was wondering if any one who has them or is good with wheels could tell me if I might have any fitment issues on stock suspension? or lowered on swift spec r's? Will I need to roll the fenders or need spacers at all?

I'm trying my best to learn about wheels and offsets, it's just hard to predict these things I suppose.

Also, just found this in the p45r thread

18x9.5 P45R Royal Black et25 in front 3mm spacer, et30 rear.
245/40/18 Toyo T1R
Now would +20 be worse or better than +25 in terms of fitment? Would I need a bigger spacer, etc?

245 width is almost the stock size. Why would you run a stock size tire on a wheel that is 1.5inches wider? You can run 265s on those wheels.

Sir

Continue your research until you know exactly what youre getting into. IMO, any low wheel offset +30 and below will probably require some level of rear fender roll & even a pull depending on tire size.
Look at this pic. If your wheel/tire pkg cannot float into the well then it doesn't fit.

I read & heard guys say, "Well it only rubs when I have a passenger or hit large dips" That kind of mind set is not right

Joe BTW, That pic shows a +29 wheel w/ a 275 tire

They're 255/35/18...

From that program it seems like it would fit with possible rear rolling, and definitely spacers for the front brakes

+20 is not a good offset. I would look at 35 (or if you have to +30).

you are going to need to roll your fenders and possibly even pull them a bit.
