Breaks sound like handbreak squeeling

What the hell is wrong with my brakes... i just changed all the pads because they were low. But NOW... when i brake i hear this massive squeel... it sounds like a squeeling you get when you are using your handbrake.. hard to explain.. but i cant seem to find the problem. Everything looks fine. SOMETIMES it does it sometimes not.

What kind of pads? Did you remember to put the factory shims back on? Did you lubricate the pad to caliper contact points with high temp grease? Does the noise only happen when you apply the brakes? Did you just replace pads? How many miles are on your rotors? Slotted, drilled, or blank rotors?

Need more info

^ wow. lol. Umm.. okay.. Its OEM pads, Yes i put the stock shims back on and i also greased them. The noise only happens when i am 1mph - 4mph. So basically almost a complete stop it makes a extremely loud squeal. I replaced the rear pads 2 months ago and replaced the front pads 2 weeks ago. Stock rotors. Car has 41,000 miles.

I cant seem to figure out where this problem is. I took the pads and shims back out and make sure i greased them and installed them correctly. Now im stuck. Its annoying.
