i also have this noise, however im not on swift springs. the previous owner put on some tein springs. I did an inspection on the strut and everything seems fine.

Strut could be blown. I would take apart and see if their is pressure/stroke in the piston.

I will re-check them again.

If strut blown, what do you recommend? buying new bilstein or new coilover?

FYI, there's no bilstein HD here in Thailand and if i want one, i have to order them and it costs more than some MINT condition coilover.
and also, there's no Official bilstein revalve service here.

Rebuild the Bilstein if that is blown.

Bilstein Europe or Bilstein West in Californian both rebuild.
