Can i put 18x8.5 inches wheel and 44 ofset on evo 9 , or I do need a spacer s ??

 

Thats a pretty deep offset. May have rear lower control arm or strut contact. Tire size is also a big factor

As far as spacers: No way to tell unless they are mounted. Would have to be very concave spoke design to fit over the front calipers (i.e. ADVAN GTR face wheels)
