Stock suspension question????

Hey guys. I've got a question for you. I have an 05 base model with 119k on it. Pretty sure the struts and shocks are stock with Eibach springs. My question is, are the stock front struts rebuildable? And if so, is there a kit you guys would recommend? I know I need new front strut mounts, the right front is knocking. When I do the "bounce" test, the right front rebounds way softer than the left side. Neither side are leaking, it's just the right side is way softer. So I figured I would rebuild them if that's possible. Or, option 2, if it is better to just replace them, I can do that too. Wasn't looking for a coil over change or anything, I don't mind the factory strut set up. Thanks guys.

From what Ive read, only the MR Bilsteins can be rebuilt.
