I don't see anything wrong with just eliminating the wheel gap. I hate the wheel gap in front. It's my dd so I'm not to worried about losing .001 of a second of my 1/4 or losing a little grip. I don't autocross nor do I drag. Just dd it. That's it. It sees maybe 10 miles a day.

OP is just ****!ng w/y'all Seriously. Hella Flush and Tein Springs and not low enough. The Trifecta of bad parts/poor judgement.
He is clearly just wanting to how much of a rise he can get out of y'all.
Don't fall for it.

Ya, that's what I was thinking when I read it as well. I was just waiting for him to also mention something about wanting to do a evo x front end conversion on his 8.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
i wouldn't post this here lol, apparently everyone here is a hardcore autocross racer and will flame the hell out of you if you want anything on your car that is purely for looks and doesn't indicate some sort of performance gains.
don't even put badging on your trunk, adds too much weight.
in all seriousness though i think there is a stanced sub forum here, or so i've heard. posting here will just get you flamed by people who would rather be on this forum flaming than driving their car

You also do not get that Tein make the car too low and that you suspension geometry is upside-down. I don't care if you say "its only for street driving" still will turn like ****.
Show'n'shine may have more answers for you. This sub-forum is mostly used by folks who want to improve performance, not diminish it.
Mods: Maybe a sub-forum for stance/etc should be made? Could give those who are looking for such things a place to discuss without getting (too many) "sell your evo, kill yourself" comments.

TWBS is where handling and actual technical questions go.

This thread is full of so much win
op if you are serious pm me for details i can help! I just got done fitting 18x11 with 255/35 tires. And i got second place at hellaflush last year. Just keep in mind that your car will scrape everything, and your tires will hit fenders, and you will have to change tires every 8000 miles or so! The only benifit is it looks good, and i like it

I personally don't care at all for the hellaflush look. With that said, its your car, your money. The thought that always pops in my head when I see hellaflush wheels, and looking at your sig with your tire sizes is, "dayum, Id hate to be the tire guy that has to dismount those tires".
