Hellaflush
Hellaflush
I am trying to get as hellaflush as I possibly can be on a Evo. Right now I'm rocking 17x9.5 +22. Lowered on tein s tech springs and rolled fenders. I feel like my Evo still sits to high. Should I drop it on coilovers and get a wider wheel or should I just get coilovers and wider tires? Are stance coilovers best? Thanks for all your guys' input. Pm me if you have some used coilovers for sale.
www.honda-tech.com will have some answers for you

I hope you have a lot of money to fix your car. Being hellaflush messes up everything from drive train to suspension pieces. If all you wanted to do was be low and slow why did you buy a performance driving car?
If you want to be stanced out and not break your car get bags. You will lose all your performance but at least you can drive and they slam the **** out of it when you are hardparking with the bro's

i wouldn't post this here lol, apparently everyone here is a hardcore autocross racer and will flame the hell out of you if you want anything on your car that is purely for looks and doesn't indicate some sort of performance gains.
don't even put badging on your trunk, adds too much weight.
in all seriousness though i think there is a stanced sub forum here, or so i've heard. posting here will just get you flamed by people who would rather be on this forum flaming than driving their car

I think people need to respect other people and what they want to do with their Evo. I just want to give it an aggressive look. Fell like it still sits to high even tho I'm dropped on s tech springs

If you want that look you should have bought a lancer not an evo othere wise why not put a lift kit on a lambo and go offroading. There are just certain things you don't do to certain cars.

Such waste of car with huge performance potential...smh...anyway.
SUGGESTIONS:
1. Dear God! Don't do it!
2. Coilovers for height adjustment
3. Thinner tire for stretched look to allow to go lower. 225 maybe?
WARNINGS:
1. You have to drive really slow.
2. 95% of this thread will be flaming.
3. You no longer drive an evo. (Refer to warning #1).

Show'n'shine may have more answers for you. This sub-forum is mostly used by folks who want to improve performance, not diminish it.
Mods: Maybe a sub-forum for stance/etc should be made? Could give those who are looking for such things a place to discuss without getting (too many) "sell your evo, kill yourself" comments.
