Quick clarification questions re: swaybars/endlinks

Hey guys, I'm planning on finally upgrading to Whiteline swaybars (26mm front, 24mm rear) but wanted to clarify a couple things:

1. My car is obviously lowered (KWs) so I plan on getting adjustable endlinks to prevent any preload on the bars, but my understanding is you only need one adjustable link for the front and one for the back, correct? Or is it worth upgrading both sides, since the Whiteline links are axle specific? (See http://www.jscspeed.com/catalog/Mits...ution_8_9.html)
2. Will the stock mounts stand up to the stiffer bars or shall I consider upgrading those too?

I did a search but saw some conflicting opinions so just want to be sure. Thanks in advance

I haven't done sway bars on my Evo, but based on how they're configured, I can't logically think of how having only one side be adjustable would take any preload off the bars?

Correct, you only need one side to be adjustable. Just like when you want to disconnect your bar, you only have to disconnect one side.

There's valuable info in this thread: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...-question.html

Theoretically I suppose you only really need to change the length on one side to change preload. But it would erk me personally haha. I'd say just change the whole lot of them (front/rear) especially if your running uprated bars. The slightly stronger endlinks will end up being a bit more durable in the end, and have a little bit less deflection in them vs stock stuff.

I haven't heard of the stock mounts being ripped off often with upgraded bars, but anything is possible I guess.

As far as the endlinks goes, you buy them in pairs anyways and they are really easy install so why not just throw both of them on there? IIRC cusco sells an adjustable front endlink mount so you can keep the stock endlinks. Seems like an easier way to do it when your between sessions at the track, imo.
