Wheel bearing

Hey guys, In my 96 Evo IV when I reach about 80 kms an hour I experience a rotational vibrating/humming noise. It is loud and noticeable at first but at higher speeds it increases speed but quiets down quite a bit . And when turning my wheel left goes away completely . I have diagnosed this as my front left wheel bearing. I know a lot of Dsm model cars such as the talon tsi and eclipse gsx of the same years have a lot of parts that directly correlate with the Evo IV. I've heard the wheel bearing off the 96 eclipse gsx should fit. Can any body verify this for me ?

Thanks for your help!!

Wheel bearing

hey I had the similar humming vibrating annoyingly whirly sound at high speeds as well coming from the back left of my evo ix. Had my mechanic buddy test drive it and told me it was the wheel bearing gone bad. Took my chances bought it pretty expensive 250$ new. replaced it and the sound was gone! Situation sounds very similar to mines. Replacing it is pretty easy dunno how much it would cost for your car but after replacing it the sound should go away and you should be able to enjoy your car rides peacefully.. unless you have an exahaust. haha anyways good lucK!
