Brembo leaking

So i know brembo says to never seperate the calipers but many have done it. Well i had mine powdercoated and took them apart. They are tight and slightly leaking from the seam. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix them or something i may have forgot to do?

Heres a Nasioc thread on the rebuild, showing a small diameter o-ring between the halves

I'm not 100% sure they sell just the little O-ring the goes between the front calipers. I know they make the re-build kits, but those aren't included. I remember when I had mine powder coated back in Nov. a couple companies were talking about making the O-ring.

The question is did you use all new gaskets or did you reuse all of the original seals and gaskets? Did you puncture anything during the re-install? The tiniest pinhole can leak under pressure.

the rears are the only ones that have o rings, the fronts do not. did you mask of the mating surfaces? That could be your problem.

Sorry that's what I meant thanks guys! Only the rear has the little O-ring haha. If you didn't replace all the seals when you had them powdercoated, I would just for the assurance. It's a lot cheaper to pay for the seals then have your brakes fail.
