Unhappy Video How much play should my diff have?

So im rebuilding my diff and put the drive shaft bolt back in.
the spec calls for something crazy like 120lb and if i torque that high, diff would be so tight it wont even spin...

SO here is a video of what my diff feel like now.

Is this too tight? too loose? what the correct tightness?

Thanks!

The manual says it should take 8-10 inch bls to rotate the diff by the nut... Without fluid in it

It also says if when torqued to spec your diff is to tight you need to adjust your front shims

And the nut torque is 137ft/lbs...
You should really step up your game before taking on such a monumental task... Unless you want an annoying *** whine for the rest of the time you drive your car...
