Overhauling tein coilovers????

Hello I have a set of tein control master monoflex coilovers. My question Is what will it cost me to get them rebuilt. And do they have to be sent over to japan. Just trying to figure out if it is worth rebuilding them since they came on my car so I didn't pay for them. I know one of the front has a leak and I think that has caused all of them to go bad.

There is a tein refurb center here in Norcross, Ga. They can do it pretty quick. I'm not entirely sure they are still there. It's been 3-4 years since I've driven by there. Google it and you will find the phone number to call.

If I am not mistake, you also have to provide a proof of purchase. I had the same problem you did. The shop I went to told me it would cost 400 dollars to rebuild (not sure if they were referring to the one busted coilover or all four) and gets shipped to Japan. In the end, it sounded like a big hassle and I bought a set of BC coilovers.

Not all Tein coilovers have to be sent to Japan to be serviced. http://www.tein.com/service/index.html

According to their website. The flex Coilovers cost $100 each to overhaul but you can always call them to double check. All the info you need is in the link I posted above.
