How can I fix under steer?

A good place to start is to get a stiffer reay sway bar, run a higher spring rate in the rear tha the front, run a little more rear tire pressure, and a re-stacked rear diff. The new ACD ecu flashes supposedly work pretty well if you have a 05 VIII or a IX.
It's funny bc I feel like I've seen that same charted posted prior and I had a similar comment and and just now as Im looking at it I thought the same exact thing...
For the most part that chart seems accurate but as reputable as a source that TR is I still disagree. From talking with other folks as well as my personal findings while racing my car throughout the past few years they have it backwards.

It's a little misleading. Really there's a sweet spot for tire pressure and going higher or lower will result in less grip. In general, a little too low will reduce grip more than a little too high.

Ahh that makes sense then.
However if you are trying to make small handling changes through tweaking the tire pressures and dropping the rears by like 2#'s yields more oversteer you are probably already way too low with the pressure in the first place.
