Wheel spacer and lug thread

Hey evom buddies. I just got some enkei raijin 18x8.5 +35 and i have them on 235/40/18. I haven't mounted them on my car yet but I would like to have a little bit more of a flush look when i do. i was thinking of putting on some 10mm or 15mm spacers.

So to get to point, I was wondering if i need to get extended lug bolts or not because i have some muteki closed end lugs and if i have to get extended lugs i will trade and get open ended ones. And if i would need to roll my fenders if i am going to be cambering it a little also

And last but not least, what brand would you guys recommend for the spacers?

Thank you guys for the help.
